XONAR — DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement (the "Agreement") has been established electronically between Xonar (the "Seller") and the user (the "Buyer") who places an order through the website www.xonar.co (the "Site"). By placing an order through the Site, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement. ⸻ 1. Parties Seller: Xonar Buyer: The natural or legal person who places an order through the Site (Buyer information is recorded based on the information declared during the order.) ⸻ 2. Subject This Agreement regulates the sale, price, delivery, right of withdrawal, and return conditions of the products that the Buyer orders through the Site via remote communication tools. ⸻ 3. Product and Price Information The basic characteristics, sales price, taxes, and if applicable, shipping costs of the products are specified on the Site before the order. Prices announced on the Site are valid until updated. ⸻ 4. Order and Payment • The order is finalized upon successful completion of payment. • Payments are made through secure payment infrastructures. • Payment information is not stored in Xonar systems. ⸻ 5. Delivery • Products are sent to the address specified by the Buyer. • Delivery times may vary according to country, region, and logistics processes, not exceeding the legal maximum period. • Customs duties and local costs that may arise in international shipments belong to the Buyer. ⸻ 6. Right of Withdrawal The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason. For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be returned: • unused, • undamaged, • with its original packaging and tags. ⸻ 7. Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products: • Products specially manufactured or personalized for the Buyer • Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons • Products marked as final sale ⸻ 8. Return and Refund The returned product is examined by Xonar. The price of products that meet the return conditions is refunded using the payment method used by the Buyer. ⸻ 9. General Provisions The Buyer agrees that they have been informed about the basic characteristics, price, payment, and delivery conditions of the products before ordering. ⸻ 10. Personal Data Personal data belonging to the Buyer is processed for the purpose of carrying out order processes and fulfilling legal obligations. Detailed information is available in the Xonar Privacy Policy. ⸻ 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement is subject to the legislation of the Republic of Turkey. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized in case of disputes. ⸻ 12. Validity This Agreement enters into force when the Buyer places an order through the Site.
